Terms of service

Last updated: 27 February 2026

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using JobWizard AI ("the Service"), operated by IKEIGWE AI Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. The Service is available at jobwizardai.com and related applications.

2. Description of service

JobWizard AI is an AI-powered job matching platform that aggregates job listings from third-party sources, matches them to user preferences using artificial intelligence, and provides information about UK visa sponsorship eligibility. The Service includes job matching, COS sponsor verification, salary threshold checking, and educational visa guides.

3. Not immigration advice

The Service does not provide immigration advice, legal advice, or any regulated advice. All information about UK visas, sponsorship, salary thresholds, and immigration rules is provided for general informational purposes only. We are not regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) and are not a firm of solicitors. You should always consult a qualified immigration advisor or solicitor before making any immigration decisions. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or currency of immigration information provided.

4. User accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

5. Job listings and third-party content

Job listings displayed on the Service are aggregated from third-party sources including Reed.co.uk, NHS Jobs, WeWorkRemotely, RemoteOK, Jobicy, Himalayas, and Arbeitnow. We do not create, verify, or endorse these listings. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of third-party job postings. When you click "Apply" on a job, you are directed to the original source, and your application is subject to that platform's terms.

6. COS sponsor verification

The Service checks employer names against the UK Government's Register of Licensed Sponsors. While we update this data regularly, we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. Sponsor licences can be granted or revoked at any time. The presence or absence of a "COS Verified" badge should not be relied upon as definitive confirmation of an employer's current sponsorship capability. Always verify directly on GOV.UK before making decisions.

7. AI matching and relevance scores

Job matches and relevance scores are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided as guidance only. Match scores do not guarantee suitability for a role, likelihood of being hired, or visa eligibility. The AI system may occasionally produce inaccurate or irrelevant results. You should exercise your own judgement when applying to jobs.

8. Subscriptions and payments

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • • Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service
  • • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • • Share your account credentials with others
  • • Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and content (excluding third-party job listings), is owned by IKEIGWE AI Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission. Visa guide content is provided under a Creative Commons-style licence for personal, non-commercial use only.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IKEIGWE AI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from reliance on immigration information, job match results, COS verification data, or salary threshold checks. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
